Kevin has over twenty years of executive and entrepreneurial business experience. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of several companies where he led all M&A activities including negotiation, due diligence and closing of a broad range of deals including a stake in a Major League Baseball team. Other notable transactions included private companies, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, residential property developments and a commercial office portfolio that involved management, leasing, acquisition and sale.
Since his time in the corporate sector, Kevin has founded, purchased and sold countless businesses valued between $1M-$350M.
His degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University further enables him to apply the requisite finance and accounting principles required in buy/sell transactions. With his diverse management and entrepreneurial skill set Kevin has acquired not only the knowledge and tenacity to get things accomplished, but the capacity to understand the challenges and endurance it takes to grow and sell a business.
As a former business owner, a husband, and father to four children, he recognizes that buying and/or selling a business can be a complex, life-changing event. He manages and oversees all aspects or every client and works intimately with clients to understand the nuances of their objectives and goals, then finds imaginative resourceful ways to achieve them.
